But remember that Instagram is not an education platform, the vast majority of the Information is not verified at all. Be careful what you believe. Also remember that Instagram influencers are not experts! Double check who you’re following and make sure they actually have the credentials to be teaching you things. Your health is worth more than that. Likes and follows are not credentials and quite frankly mean next to nothing when it comes being a trustworthy source.
