I had a great experience training with Stephanie Mola at this gym. Stephanie is a complete professional who absolutely lives by the standards she sets for her clients, and it shows. She creates very fun and challenging sessions and I definitely learned many great workout ideas during our sessions. She provides a very doable meal plan that I still use to prep my meals today. I highly recommend working with her to achieve your fitness goals. The gym itself is clean and spacious and the equipment is in great condition. Overall, this is a great place to train!
I have worked out with Stephanie Mola for years. I initially decided to use her to improve my strength for the Triple Bypass bike ride(120 miles/10,500 feet of climbing). My first two years I completed the ride in roughly 10 hours. After using Stephanie my time drop to 8.5 hours the following year and then my personal best of 7:15 min two years into Stephanie’s training. I was also fit enough to complete the Double Triple 5 times. I am very self motivated in my workouts, but her training has changed the way I workout and for that I will always be grateful. If I had not used Stephanie I sincerely doubt I could have accomplished it.
